Before Contacting Support...

Most issues can be resolved by trying these things first:
     -Check all connections.
     -Power cycle your modem, router (if connected), and computer.

    • Power back up starting with modem, then router, then computers.

    • Allow one minute between restarting each device for them to acquire signal.

-Check your computers settings.

If this does not help, please have the following available before contacting technical support:
     -"HFC MAC ID" (on label on the bottom of the modem)
     -Valid email address
     -Follow-up contact information
